AI Phone Genius Beta Use Terms
Last updated August 6, 2026.
1. Beta access
AI Phone Genius provides invite-only software for configuring AI phone agents, managing contacts and campaigns, reviewing calls, and reporting results. Use only the features available in your approved workspace.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and grant each user only the access they need. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
3. Authorized calling
Call only people you are permitted to call. Before each campaign, confirm the consent, caller identification, AI disclosure, recording, calling-time, and do-not-call requirements that apply to every intended recipient. Keep accurate consent records and honor opt-out requests immediately. Do not use purchased or third-party contact lists unless you have documented permission for each intended call.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for emergency calling, harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, illegal goods or services, or attempts to bypass account, consent, do-not-call, security, or calling safeguards.
5. Customer data
You retain responsibility for the data and instructions you provide. You authorize us to process that data to operate the workspace, complete requested actions, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not provide data you are not permitted to use for those purposes.
6. Connected services
Calling, calendar, notification, payment, and integration services you enable may process workspace data. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
7. Charges
Applying for beta access does not create an account or charge. Any paid service requires separate written commercial terms accepted before a charge is created.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access or calling to protect people, customer data, the service, or our legal rights. Stop using the service and contact us if you want to close your workspace.
9. Contact
Submit account, privacy, or terms questions through the public contact page.
