The whole platform, end to end

Everything AI Phone Genius does, in one place

Five pillars — agent brains, omnichannel chat, compliant campaigns, analytics, and a developer API — that turn leads into booked meetings while staying inside every compliance line.

Pillar 01 · AI Agents

Agents that sound human and follow your playbook

Start from one of 11 proven templates, then tune the brain: voice, opening line, the exact fields the AI extracts from every call, the actions it can take, and the facts it answers from. Edit in plain language — no code.

  • 11 ready-made templates. Trade-show follow-up, speed-to-lead, real-estate ISA, solar and insurance qualifiers, inbound receptionist, appointment reminders, and more — grouped into Sales, Service, and Operations.

  • Voice tuning that feels real. Speaking speed, expressiveness, responsiveness, interruption sensitivity, backchanneling, ambient sound, boosted keywords, and voicemail detection.

  • Opening line + dynamic variables. Personalize the first line and prompt with {{contact_first_name}}, company, and date placeholders that fill in automatically for each contact.

  • Post-call analysis fields. Define boolean, selector, text, and number fields the AI extracts from every transcript, plus a success-criteria sentence that scores each call.

  • Tools, knowledge, and flows. Book, transfer, check availability, send SMS, or hit your own API mid-call; attach a knowledge base; and add a decision-tree flow for rails-on consistency.

  • A sandbox Playground. Chat with an agent, run canned scenario checks, or fire a full mock test call with real post-call analysis — never dialing a real number, never charged.

Pillar 02 · Omnichannel

One agent brain, on the phone and on your website

Flip an agent to chat and it answers text conversations with the same personality, knowledge base, and analysis fields it uses on calls. Share a link or embed the widget — every conversation lands in one inbox and feeds one pipeline.

  • Embeddable web-chat widget. Every chat-enabled agent gets a shareable link and a paste-anywhere iframe snippet that renders itself with your brand color.

  • A unified Conversations inbox. Voice and web chat land in the same list with visitor, agent, outcome, message count, and last-activity — click in for the full transcript and AI analysis.

  • One lead pipeline. A good chat scores, tags, and routes a lead exactly like a good call — a hot chat lead shows up next to your hot call leads everywhere.

  • Opt-out honored everywhere. Say “stop contacting me” in chat and it flips consent, adds the contact to your internal DNC, and pulls them from future campaigns — the same revoke-everything as a phone opt-out.

Pillar 03 · Compliant Campaigns

Compliance isn't a setting — it's the engine

Point an agent at a list and the platform dials down it automatically, inside the law, on your schedule, retrying no-answers. Consent gating, contact-local calling windows, and DNC scrubbing aren't optional add-ons — you can't turn them off.

  • Consent gating on every dial. Choose the required bar — prior express written consent for marketing, express consent for informational — and contacts who don't clear it are set aside, never called.

  • 8 AM–9 PM, contact-local, enforced. Windows are read in each contact's own time zone and hard-clamped to 08:00–21:00 local. Try to set it wider and it snaps back. You cannot disable this.

  • Internal DNC + one-click opt-out. Mark a call opted-out and the number is removed from every campaign, added to your DNC list, and logged as a compliance event — instantly and everywhere.

  • Retries and speed-to-lead. Set max attempts, retry delay, and concurrency; or drop a lead webhook on your form and new leads get called back within seconds — still inside every gate.

  • A four-point pre-launch checklist. No new campaign dials until you attest to consent, DNC scrubbing, AI disclosure, and responsibility — recorded with your name and a timestamp.

Pillar 04 · Analytics & Ops

Numbers that tell you what to do next

Every call becomes data automatically — no setup. Connect rate, conversion, cost-per-booking, agent scorecards, live wallboards, and a rolling activity feed turn conversations into decisions, not vanity charts.

  • A command-center dashboard. An attention strip surfaces the most important things first — hot leads, low balance, campaigns needing a nudge — org-scoped and always current.

  • Real conversion economics. Connect rate, conversion (booked ÷ connected), and cost-per-booking across 7/30/90-day or 1-year ranges, with call volume, outcome mix, and hour/weekday heatmaps.

  • Agent scorecards. Lifetime KPIs, sentiment mix, outcome breakdown, and a 14-day trend per agent — so you know whether to fix the list or fix the script.

  • Live campaign wallboard. A big-screen, auto-refreshing view with active/completed/booked counters, a status donut, and a latest-outcomes feed for the room.

  • Activity feed + lead scoring. A live chronological feed of everything happening, and automatic lead scoring that advances each contact's pipeline status from calls and chats alike.

Pillar 05 · Developer platform

A real API and signed webhooks under everything

Pull data with a REST API, push events with signed outbound webhooks, and wire the platform into your stack. Every integration fans out from one event bus, so a booked meeting can hit Slack, your CRM, your calendar, and your own backend at once.

  • Public REST API. Bearer-key endpoints for your org, contacts, campaigns, calls, conversations, analytics, and webhook deliveries under /api/v1.

  • HMAC-signed outbound webhooks. Subscribe to call.completed, call.booked, call.opted_out, contact.created, campaign.completed, lead.received, and wallet.low_balance — each signed and delivery-logged.

  • Slack & Microsoft Teams alerts (live). Paste an incoming-webhook URL and a booked meeting or new lead posts to your channel the moment it happens.

  • CRM, calendar & Zapier seams. HubSpot, Salesforce, and calendar connectors run through the same event pipeline; point an outbound webhook at Zapier to reach thousands more apps.

Compliant by design

Consent gating, contact-local windows, internal DNC, AI disclosure, and opt-out propagation are load-bearing — not toggles you can forget.

Mock-first, no lock-in

Build agents, run test calls, and explore analytics with zero external services — then wire in real telephony when you're ready.

White-label ready

Your brand color themes the app and the chat widget; AI Phone Genius is the name your clients see across every surface.

See it run in an afternoon.

Spin up your first AI agent, test it in the Playground, and launch a compliant campaign — all before your coffee gets cold.
